Shipping Information:
Usually orders are shipped within 24 hours, except for weekends, which could take 48 hours. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations must be made prior to shipment. If the order has been shipped, there will be no cancellation, refund or return.
For refunds and returns, you will need an authorization, and you must contact me the day of your receiving package.
There will be no refunds or returns for Comics, Shofars, Anointing Oil, or Collectibles.
The customer receiving said items will be responsible for his/her own shipping costs. Items such as Shofars, Comics, & Collectibles must be insured and packaged correctly. If an item is shipped back to us and it is not packaged correctly, you will not be issued a refund.
